Simpler Media Group Promotes Dom Nicastro to Editor-in-Chief of CMSWire.com

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, USA, August 1, 2024 – Simpler Media Group, Inc. (SMG) is thrilled to formally announce the promotion of Dom Nicastro to Editor-in-Chief of CMSWire.com, effective as of August 2024. Nicastro has been an integral part of CMSWire since 2013, significantly contributing to the platform’s growth and success in the realm of digital customer experience, digital experience and customer service. Nicastro is an award-winning journalist and radio personality based in Manchester, NH.

As editor-in-chief, he will continue to manage the site’s day-to-day operations and the CMSWire Contributor Network, as well as serve as a main host for CMSWire TV and the CX Decoded podcast. He will also continue his role as emcee and moderator for Simpler Media Group’s digital and in-person conferences.

Nicastro’s journalism career spans over 24 years, beginning at Fuller Elementary School in Gloucester, Mass., where he wrote sports articles for the school’s newsletter. He studied journalism at Salem State College, where he also played baseball and contributed to the college’s newspaper. Dom’s professional career includes notable roles at the Daily Times Chronicle and the Gloucester Daily Times, where he earned multiple awards for his writing and editing.
