FLEXIBILITY
Remote, Distributed Work
SMG was founded as a distributed organization and continues to hire remotely for all positions. Teams and geographical clusters of coworkers gather for working sessions and team building socials. Our employees are now and will continue to be remote.
BALANCE
Half Day Fridays, Flexible Schedules
For several years now we have maintained a policy of half-day Fridays and flexible work schedules. Our focus is on objectives and key results and we emphasize flexibility regarding how, when and where the work gets done.
